The Secret to Gaining Momentum – This guide is another motivational read about building momentum in any endeavor you set out to do.

Using Affirmations for Positive Change – Whether or not you believe in positive affirmations, there is no doubt that they work for those who put them into use. This guide goes over the basics, and is a great read if you want to give it a try.
